Enterprise Visibility Assessment: What to expect

1. Pre-session review

We review your Scorecard result and any additional context you provide.

2. Live whiteboarding session

We map your primary visibility issue and examine where visibility may be limited or disconnected.

3. Operating view discussion

We examine the issue through the relevant Enterprise Mirror™ lenses: Data, Workflows, Systems, People, Governance, and Decisions.

4. Executive Summary

You receive preliminary findings, likely fragmentation risks, and a recommended path forward.

5. Phase 1 credit

Fee credited toward a Phase 1 Enterprise Visibility Diagnostic if initiated within 30 calendar days of your completed Enterprise Visibility Assessment.

6. No pressure

The EVA helps determine whether a deeper engagement makes sense and, if so, why.

The EVA is designed to create clarity before a larger engagement is considered.
