Every engagement begins with a structured assessment that establishes clarity, alignment, and the right path forward.
No open-ended consulting.
No vague discovery calls.
We don't start with solutions.
We start by understanding how your organization actually operates across data, workflows, systems, people, governance, and decisions.
Then we determine what needs attention, what can wait, and whether Enterprise Mirror™ is the right fit.
60-second intake → required before scheduling
Before any engagement begins, we follow a structured entry process.
This helps ensure the right problem is being addressed and that what follows is grounded in how the organization actually operates.
STEP 1 — INTAKE REQUIRED
A short intake form provides initial context on your systems, data, workflows, goals, and current operating challenge before any conversation takes place.
STEP 2 — ENTERPRISE VISIBILITY ASSESSMENT (EVA)
60 minuteS · $750 · paid working session
This is not a sales call.
The EVA is a live working session using a shared visual workspace to examine one high-priority visibility challenge, business function, workflow, or operating area.
It is not a full Enterprise Diagnostic. The session is designed to clarify where the issue appears to be breaking down, what may be contributing to it, and whether a deeper Phase 1 engagement makes sense.
We use the session to explore:
• Where visibility breaks down
• Where systems disconnect
• Where ownership becomes unclear
• Where risk or inefficiency may be entering the work
• What appears feasible within the current environment
The EVA includes a concise post-session Executive Summary.
Payment is completed securely during booking.
If a Phase 1 Enterprise Mirror™ Diagnostic is initiated within 30 calendar days of your completed Enterprise Visibility Assessment, the $750 fee is credited toward Phase 1.
STEP 3 — EXECUTIVE SUMMARY & RECOMMENDATION
After the session, you receive a concise Executive Summary with:
• Preliminary findings
• Likely visibility gaps
• Key fragmentation risks
• A recommended next step
• Whether a deeper Phase 1 engagement appears warranted
Not every organization needs a deeper engagement.
If continuing makes sense, MIRA will explain why. If it does not, you still leave with greater clarity and direction.
• Inventory core systems, data sources, and reporting inputs

• Knowledge transfer
The Enterprise Mirror™ operating model becomes part of how the organization understands and manages its operations.
• Monthly advisory sessions
• Operating view refinement
• Metric and reporting updates
• Workflow and handoff adjustments
• Stakeholder enablement
• Expansion into new teams, processes, or use cases
Some organizations manage the operating view internally. Others continue working with MIRA as new priorities, systems, and operating needs emerge.
• Pattern detection
• Risk signal monitoring
• Queue prioritization
• Automated classification
• Workflow recommendations
• Decision support
• Exception flagging
Some organizations realize value from Enterprise Mirror™ on its own. Others choose to extend it with analytics, automation, and AI once the operating foundation is in place.
Every engagement is led by a senior MIRA practitioner from assessment through handoff. Additional specialists may support the engagement where appropriate, while senior leadership remains consistent throughout.
Enterprise Mirror™ outputs are designed to support ongoing review, decision-making, and operational improvement, not to become documents that are presented once and archived.
Once the engagement begins, work moves quickly into discovery, mapping, and tangible outputs rather than prolonged orientation.
Engagement assets are handed over as defined in the scope. Where practical, the work is designed around your existing systems, tools, and operating environment.
Your team's involvement is typically measured in hours, not weeks.
Actual time varies based on stakeholder availability, system complexity, access requirements, and alignment needs.
Phase 1
Stakeholder interviews, documentation sharing, and review of current-state findings
Phase 2
Validation sessions, decision alignment, and feedback on the operating model
Phase 3
System coordination, training, rollout support, and handoff review where applicable
Most delays are driven by scheduling, alignment, and system access rather than the work itself.
Yes. The EVA stands alone. You receive the post-session Executive Summary whether or not you continue into a deeper engagement.
Yes. If a Phase 1 Enterprise Mirror™ Diagnostic is initiated within 30 calendar days of the completed Enterprise Visibility Assessment, the $750 EVA fee is credited toward Phase 1.
Yes. Payment for the Enterprise Visibility Assessment is completed securely by credit card during booking. If you continue into Phase 1, engagement terms, invoicing, and payment details are provided through the Client Engagement Agreement.
Not necessarily. In many cases, the work can be designed around your existing systems and tools. If additional tooling, licensing, connectors, permissions, or access changes are needed, MIRA identifies those requirements before implementation.
MIRA begins by mapping how the organization actually operates across systems, workflows, data, ownership, governance, and decisions. The work is designed to produce usable operating assets and a connected operating view, not recommendations alone.
Where appropriate, those findings are then translated into clearer structures, operating views, reporting logic, and decision support within the client’s existing environment.
Following Phase 3, your organization continues operating with the documented Enterprise Mirror™ operating model, operating views, workflow structures, and implementation materials developed during the engagement.
If desired, organizations may continue with Enterprise Mirror™ Continuity, an ongoing advisory engagement that may include operating view refinement, metric and reporting updates, workflow adjustments, stakeholder enablement, or expansion into new teams, processes, and use cases.
Yes. Enterprise Mirror™ can complement existing transformation, technology, risk, analytics, or process improvement efforts by providing a clearer, connected view of how work actually operates across the organization.
We work with organizations where data, workflows, systems, people, governance, and decisions are disconnected or difficult to trace.
Enterprise Mirror™ was shaped through hands-on work in complex, regulated enterprise environments and formalized for organizations facing operating visibility, coordination, governance, or operating model challenges.
