EXPERIENCE THE THINKING
See the work beyond where you sit.
A 90-minute interactive experience that places leaders and practitioners from your organization inside the same operating environment.
You begin from the perspective you already bring to your work, interpreting what is happening from where you sit. Then the view expands.
Together, your group re-examines the same environment through MIRA's Six Lenses to see what becomes visible when perspective changes.
No organizational diagnosis. No consulting engagement required.
WHY THIS BRIEFING EXISTS
Different functions naturally see different parts of how your organization operates.
Technology
sees
systems.
Operations
sees
workflow.
Risk
sees
exposure.
Data
sees
information.
Leadership
sees
performance.
Each perspective can be accurate and still incomplete.
The problem is not that people have different perspectives.
The problem is what can remain unseen when those perspectives never connect.
START WITH YOUR VIEW
Take a few seconds to notice what naturally draws your attention when something in your work is not operating as expected.
WHEN AN OPERATING ISSUE APPEARS, WHAT DO YOU TEND TO NOTICE FIRST?
WHAT ARE YOU LEAST LIKELY TO SEE CLEARLY FROM WHERE YOU SIT?
You notice first
Governance
Easier to miss
Workflow
Your perspective is useful.
It is also partial.
The briefing begins from where you already sit and shows what changes when other perspectives enter the view.
WHAT HAPPENS IN THE ROOM
Everyone enters the same operating environment.
What changes is how you are asked to see it.
01
FROM WHERE YOU SIT
Enter the environment from your current professional perspective. Notice what draws your attention, what seems important, and where you believe the operating issue may be.
02
COMPARE THE VIEWS
Compare what you noticed with the other participants. Differences in role, responsibility, expertise, and proximity begin to reveal how the same environment can produce very different interpretations.
03
APPLY THE SIX LENSES
Return to the same environment through Data, Workflows, Systems, People, Governance, and Decisions. Look again beyond the boundaries of your normal professional perspective.
04
SEE WHAT CHANGED
Compare your first view with your second. Surface dependencies, handoffs, ownership questions, risks, and decision points that were harder to see from where you first sat.
The operating environment does not change.
Your view of it does.
A CONNECTED VIEW
Enterprise Mirror™ examines operating reality through six connected lenses.
The six lenses are interconnected. The value is in the intersections.
Inside the briefing, the lenses become a way to navigate the same operating environment differently, revealing connections that are harder to see from a single professional perspective.
